Senior Business Analyst with German (Cards and New Payments) (m/f/diverse)

Your tasks

• Acting as the product expert for our credit cards: you know the product portfolio, the relevant business processes, systems and interfaces and provide professional advice to internal stakeholders;
• Actively driving the functional and technical development of our credit card products and services - from idea and concept through to implementation in our systems;
• Being responsible for end-to-end requirements management - from gathering, analysing and prioritising complex requirements to aligning them with internal departments (e.g. IT, Compliance, Operations, Risk) and external partners (e.g. schemes, service providers, processors);
• Working closely with various stakeholders, facilitating alignment, coordinating requirements and releases and ensuring transparent communication in the credit card product environment;
• Taking over test management for our credit card products and processes (e.g. planning, steering and documentation of tests - including online payments, contactless, e-commerce, tokenisation);
• Designing and optimising end-to-end processes around our credit cards (e.g. application, usage, authorisation, billing, limits, blocking processes) and creating structured, efficient workflows with a strong focus on quality and customer experience.

Your profile

• University degree (e.g. in Economics, Business Administration, (Business) Informatics or a comparable field) or comparable qualified vocational training with substantial practical experience;
• Several years of professional experience in credit cards, cards & payments or payments in general, with in-depth product and process knowledge;;
• Strong understanding of digital processes, systems and interfaces, with the ability to grasp complex functional and technical contexts in the credit card environment and translate them into robust solutions;
• Structured and analytical working style, with the ability to manage multiple parallel demands, set priorities and make sound decisions;
• Strong communication skills, confidence in dealing with senior stakeholders and ease of working at the interface between business units, IT, service providers and other internal partners;
• Pronounced solution-oriented mindset, enjoyment of working independently and willingness to take end-to-end ownership for "own" credit card products within interdisciplinary teams and projects;
• Very good English skills, both written and spoken;
• German language skills are mandatory.
