Job description & summary As a
Senior Operations Business Analyst, you will take a key role in the analysis, design, coordination, and delivery of digital and technology-enabled transformation projects.
You will work closely with senior client stakeholders and IT teams, translating complex business needs into clear, structured requirements and solution designs. In addition to hands-on analytical work, you will actively contribute to delivery planning, project governance, and stakeholder alignment in agile or hybrid environments.
You are expected to take ownership of workstreams, support decision-making, and contribute to successful project outcomes while gradually growing into broader leadership responsibilities.
Requirements of the role - Completed studies in Economics, Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, or comparable field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in banking, asset and wealth management or consulting sector, with deep expertise in areas like credit or securities (completion of vocational training as bank clerk or working experience as business analyst preferred). In addition, extensive expertise in core banking operations, complemented by a deep understanding of back- and middle-office functions and activities, along with project management skills.
- A strong interest in exploring and applying new technologies to enhance efficiency and drive innovation, with knowledge in integrating tech-driven solutions to streamline business processes and improve data-driven decision-making. Additionally, has a strong affinity for tools such as business analytics, RPA, and process mining solutions.
- Exceptional analytical skills to simplify complex challenges
