Senior Pricing Analyst with German - Contract Logistics

We are actively looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst based in Poland, Hungary, Slovakia or Romania to help lead some of our pricing opportunities and renewals. This is a pivotal role within our Contract Logistics team that will help drive the efficiency of our bids.

We have a business plan that is looking for a huge amount of growth over the next four years and this role is fundamental to deliver that growth. As part of the contract logistics team you will be a key component in delivering well thought out bids that exceeds the client's expectations.

Your responsibilities:

• Play a key role in the contract logistics team, working on bids across Europe and various business verticals.
• Develop comprehensive pricing models that accurately reflect the solutions proposed to our customers as the lead for large and complex global pricing opportunities.
• Support senior management in meeting target price and margin requirements through feedback on cost impacts, solution alternatives, and continuous improvement opportunities.
• Perform win validation and provide implementation support to ensure pricing aligns with the final Statement of Work.
• Review contract terms and conditions to ensure alignment with pricing models and P&L and suggest negotiation parameters to the sales team.
• Participate in pricing approval meetings with Senior Regional Leadership, explaining price, pricing alternatives, risks, and sensitivities.
• Engage with clients to discuss pricing elements during negotiations.

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in pricing, finance or engineering from within the logistics industry, supply chain or 3PL industry, ideally in pricing within contract logistics.
• Advanced Excel skills is a must with meticulous attention to detail.
• Experience and good understanding of a typical customer RFQ process.
• Strong ability to develop relationships and set expectations with Senior Level Executives.
• Strong client facing skills and the ability to explain pricing decisions to customers.
• Ability to work under pressure calculating pricing impacts quickly, accurately and confidently with Senior Leadership.
• Experience with successfully managing complex and multiple projects. Able to work with limited data.
• Fluent in English (C1), German (C1) and one other European language (C1).
