As a Senior Social Media Manager & Content Creator, you'll work 100% remotely in an international, fast-growing company. Our team thrives on collaboration, creativity, and analytical thinking. You'll play a key role in making the work of community managers easier and more effective, specifically for the German-speaking audience.

Your mission is create, implement, innovate, and measure social media strategies tailored for German-speaking markets. Your work will help the team understand users and the market, driving engagement and growth across platforms.

In this position, you will have a wonderful contribution and impact in different areas:

As a Senior Social Media Manager:

• Manage and optimize all aspects of social media distribution, including scheduling and publishing posts optimized for engagement and search.
• Ensure the company brand guidelines and voice are consistently implemented across all platforms, catering specifically to German-speaking audiences.
• Create high-quality, localized content in German that resonates with our target audience, including posts, videos, and stories.
• Monitor performance analytics and trends in the German-speaking market to grow engaged audiences.
• Analyze data and recommend strategies based on performance, objectives, and the unique characteristics of German social media platforms.

As a team member:

• Build strong internal relationships with the customer sucess, product, and sales teams to collaborate on promotional content and campaigns.
• Work closely with other team members to align content strategies with overall company goals.
• Act as the voice of the German-speaking audience, providing insights and feedback to the broader team.

What will your first days be like at Metricool?

• First month: During the first few weeks, we will ensure that you understand your impact on the team and the business, learning about the team, the business, and the processes. You will meet all your team members and understand their areas of expertise. You will shadow chat experiences with other team members to better understand the methodology used.
• First quarter: Within the first three months, you will start diagnosing problems that our user support team cannot directly handle. Seeking quick fixes and lasting solutions alongside the development team.
• To the moon: After this process, you will become an active member of the team. You will also understand how to achieve goals and set your own strategies based on company goals.

You will succeed in your mission if you have:

• In-depth knowledge of key social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.) and their specific dynamics in German-speaking regions.
• Proven ability to write engaging and localized content in German.
• Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the capability to handle complex situations. Proactivity and self-leadership are essential.
• Self-starter with a strong sense of autonomy, capable of taking the initiative and driving projects with minimal direction.
• High German and English to effectively communicate with the team..
