Information about HUB:The
HUB DAS (DOM (EOS) and
API Decoupling Layer) is responsible for the development of various services in the Magenta Business environment in the Unassisted Sales Channel, Assisted Sales Channel and Magenta Business Collaboration. Specifically, development in the API environment focuses on connecting the side (unassisted sales, assisted sales channel) with the underlying production lines, e.g. SeCe-IT, CRM-T, etc., in the Magenta Business environment.
The HUB is also developing the unified standardize order management platform for the service organization.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?- Support and lead a software development team focused on building new applications and maintaining existing environments
- Perform due diligence to ensure high-quality and feasible technical solutions
- Develop software solutions by analyzing business needs, collaborating with users, and understanding systems flow, data usage, and work processes
- Evaluate operational feasibility through comprehensive analysis, problem definition, and proposed solutions
- Document and demonstrate solutions using flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, clean code, and thorough documentation
- Design and install software systems by defining technical specifications, standards, and programming guidelines
- Improve operational efficiency by conducting systems analysis and recommending process or policy changes
- Independently manage the full software development lifecycle from demand to deployment
- Analyze initial customer requests and system architectures to deliver optimal value
- Define architectural rules, guidelines, and specifications aligned with Deutsche Telekom standards
- Design complex yet operable software solutions that balance performance and cost-efficiency
- Identify and evaluate multiple options for fulfilling customer demands, choosing the best fit for effort, cost, time, and quality
- Propose scope adjustments or alternative solutions when standard approaches fall short
- Ensure compliance with architectural, security, and process standards
- Work on rapid deployments of showcases, pilots, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
- Design integrations between new applications and existing systems
- Provide technical consulting to bridge business requirements and technical feasibility
- Collaborate effectively with coders, testers, and other team members as the primary solution designer
- Create solution and architecture documentation for development and operational teams
- Design test drivers, simulators, automation scripts, logical test cases, and define test criteria
- Implement end-to-end solutions and oversee their successful deployment
- Perform post-implementation reviews and lessons learned to continuously improve processes
QualificationsYOU WILL SUCCEED IF YOU:- Hold a Master's degree in Information Technologies
- Have relevant certifications (LSA, product-specific) as required
- Bring expert knowledge in solution design, MS Office, Scrum, Jira, and ITIL
- Are fluent in English (B2) and German (B2)
- Communicate clearly and present ideas with confidence
- Think analytically and solve problems creatively
- Work collaboratively and manage conflicts constructively
- Guide and support the development of colleagues
- Excel in resource planning and project management
- Stay calm under pressure and adapt in fast-paced environments
- Are passionate about open-source and modern technologies

We are offering base salary depending on seniority level and previous experience of candidate. In addition to base salary we provide variable part and other financial benefits. Base salary will not be lower than 2 500 € /brutto.
