Your tasks- Active daily incident management of ART, coordination, and documenting of work activities in case of service degradations, root cause analysis, case trend analysis;
- Resolving technical escalations related to ART product/services, collaborate with internal parties and external vendors, dealing with escalations and report to the Management;
- Status reporting to the Management, quality, and gap analysis;
- Acting as final point of escalation within the ART;
- Performing incident lifecycle coordination within the ART;
- Making sure that service delivery and service support processes are on track for the consistent delivery of a high level of client service in an effective and cost-efficient manner;
- Conducting/assisting root cause analysis (Problem management), identifying information security weakness, developing corrective actions, and risk management input as needed;
- Being single point of contact for other Service Delivery Delegates, Technical Product Managers, Product Owners, Release and Test Management and Cluster Management relating to ART product and services;
- Effective co-ordination of global resources;
- Documenting engineering standards and proposals, leads or assists in the development of Agile Release train architecture/engineering designs, changes, and improvements, cooperate with Knowledge manager in creating/updating the knowledge database.
Your profile- Excellent knowledge in ITIL/ ITSM standards;
- Expertise with Microsoft products, Networking issues/ communication issues, Active Directory, Software deployments products, Print technologies, MS telephony;
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product owners to scope products;
- Perfect command of incident/ problem / request handling within the systems;
- Fluency in English;
- Fluency in German;
- University degree in IT or relevant.
