Service Desk Front Office Engineer for German CustomersAbout the TeamThe Service Desk Team provides customer service on Level 1 via telephone or email. The first step is to analyze the issue on a detailed level and try to solve it, otherwise, it will be passed on to 2nd level. Other tasks include automation projects, assisting the Account Management, etc.
What you can look forward to as Service Desk Front Office Engineer for German Customers (m/f/d): - You will be the first-line support to provide technical support to customers, field engineers, technicians;
- Provide support to customers/users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature;
- Reporting design, reliability, and maintenance problems or bugs;
- Supporting remotely customer installations.
Your Profile as Service Desk Front Office Engineer for German Customers (m/f/d): - Bachelor's degree in IT or equal experience;
- Experience in a Helpdesk / Customer Service Desk role is desirable;
- Knowledge of hardware and software;
- Good communication skills and a customer - and service-oriented approach;
- Strong customer focus paired with solution orientation, analytical skills, and resistance to stress;
- Passion for perfect customer service and Team player;
- Fluent in German and English language both written and spoken, Polish will be a plus.
