WHAT TASKS CAN YOU EXPECT?- Handling requests logged by users
- Diagnosing and resolving software and hardware incidents, including operating systems and applications
- Creating and updating operational manuals and documentation
- Contacting with German-speaking customers
WHAT SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES SHOULD YOU HAVE?- +2 years of experience in similar position
- Fluent knowledge of German (C1 level) and knowledge of English (min. B1)
- Analytical approach to solving problems
- Developed communication and customer service skills
- General IT understanding
- Familiarity with Windows systems and troubleshooting, dealing with various IT Systems
- Experience in working with ticketing system
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, Skype for Business
