Inviting applications for the role of Source to Pay Lead - Manager - German - Hybrid Krakow
In this role, you will lead and manage a dynamic group of professionals, including merchandising data entry assistants, merchandising assistants, and buyers. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and the ability to drive efficiency and innovation within the team.

Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and develop team members to achieve their full potential.
• Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and efficiency.
• Set clear objectives and performance metrics for the team.
• Oversee the organization, drafting, and management of company documents in both paper and electronic formats.
• Ensure accurate data compilation and review for monthly meetings.
• Manage computer applications, database management, report generation, and tracking spreadsheets.
• Oversee the transition of processes to ensure seamless integration and operational efficiency.
• Develop strategies to optimize workflows and improve system efficiencies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and client.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
• Ensure merchandising plans are profitable, operationally efficient, customer-focused, and appropriate in terms of product mix and style.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of accurate product databases and planograms.
• Review planogram performance and space allocations, providing reports and analysis.
• Ensure compliance with client privacy and security requirements, especially when handling confidential information.

Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
• Fluency in German and a strong command of English
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
• Relevant experience required in Source-to-Pay (STP)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
• Experience working in the retail industry / with retail clients
• Knowledge of additional languages
