Talent Acquisition Specialist German Speaker - Fixed Term Contract - Your Future Role?

We are looking for a Talent Aquisition Specialist (TAS) who will join our EAME team for a 1-year contract.

As a TA Specialist you'll manage end-to-end recruitment process to support with great people joining Givaudan. You'll be part of a dynamic and motivated TA team based in Budapest that covers recruitment activities all across the EAME region.

As part of the TA team, you'll help manage recruitment strategies for specific roles, connect and network with candidates and the business, and build insights on external talent pools and the competitive talent landscape.

Reporting to a Senior Manager TA, in this exciting role, you will have the opportunity to:

Design and lead latest recruitment strategies whilst

• Collaborate with the other Talent Acquisition members and regional HR team members
• Ensure compliance with internal operating and control procedures, including HR data integrity and adherence to government regulations
• Be a contact person for relevant internal or external partners for operational topics
• Update training documents and materials relevant to talent acquisition such as interview protocols
• Build a talent pool and use software and tools as a means for building employment branding to attract and retain talent.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure effectiveness of job descriptions, main required attributes and competencies for the role, as aligned with selected interviewing team assignments.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition reports to the management and business by providing insights on own area of Talent Acquisition
• Perform administrative tasks such as system accuracy
• Gather qualitative and quantitative feedback on overall service levels and provide recommendation to seniors on improvement opportunities

You?

• Fluent in English
• Advanced German language skills
• Familiarity with HR terminology relevant to recruitment
• Experience of remote recruitment, working with European countries
• Familiarity with job boards, channels and labour market trends
• Customer focus mindset
• Experience with Application Tracking Systems
• Recruitment sourcing skills
