How You'll Make an Impact

• Understand customer requirements for document control, ensuring compliance with all standards.
• Support the team by efficiently uploading documentation into internal systems and tracking their status.
• Supervise the provision and acceptance of documents related to payment milestones, flagging critical items to the sub-Project Manager.
• Utilize an electronic document management system to index, store, and retrieve a variety of document types.
• Prepare and update document control procedures, ensuring all departments adhere to accurate processes.

What You Bring

• Knowledge of project management methods and a commitment to business success and customer satisfaction.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and project management tools.
• Strong communication skills in both English and German.
• Intercultural experience is a plus, along with a willingness to travel for business.
• A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to document management.
