One of the subsidiaries of AMW Health group, specialising in the sale of medical equipment, is looking for an Account Manager B2B who will report to the Sales Director. The type of contract offered is a permanent contract CDI. This position is to be filled within our headquarters in Mesnil-Saint-Denis (78) for a start in January 2025. Twice a week home office is a possibility.
Your mission will be to manage daily orders and maintain a 5-star customer relationship. The current operations that you must support are worth €3M in turnover. To do this, you must be someone experienced, talented and available, in order to be able to meet the needs of all international customers (90%). We are looking for someone speaking fluently European languages as Italian, Spanish and German in order to build quality relationships with the most important clients.
Your main responsibilities:
- Ensure current turnover
- Respond to customer requests by WhatsApp, phone and email (>50/day)
- Price negotiation of endoscopes and systems with customers
- Checking equipment available in stock
- Leadership and communication with the back office team based in Morocco and the logistics team.
- On-site customer reception
- Present reportings to the Direction
Your profile:
- 10 years of experience in similar positions
- BAC+5 studies
- Bilingual English with high writing and communication skills. French is NOT a must. Italian or German requested.
- Great Negotiation and Communication skills
- Mastery of the Pack Office , Sales force a plus.
- Strong sense of responsibility and high stress management
- You love challenges and continuos improvement.
