Location: Madrid
Key Responsibilities:- As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and reinforcing our network of installation partners.
- You will be in close contact with our installation partners, finding creative solutions to a wide range of challenges, with a clear focus on negotiations of price conditions for a mutual increase in business.
- You always have a clear view on the KPIs of all of your installers and frequently hold feedback sessions to improve performance and collaboration
- You identify the needs and wishes of the partners and derive suggestions for improvement.
- You consistently pursue your goals and always keep an eye on the relevant KPIs.
Requirements:- You have at least 3-5 years of professional experience in account management of B2B partners.
- Native in German and fluent in English
- You are passionate about expanding successful and sustainable partnerships.
- You excel at working independently and autonomously and can maintain contact with your installers even at a distance.
- You impress with your communication, negotiating skills and confident presence. Your charisma is your strength.
- You make decisions based on a healthy mix of data and intuition.
- You will be working closely with project, customer and technical managers.
- Ideally, you have experience in the solar sector.
