You will be responsible for:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of the technical quotes (proposals of technical interventions on the Ayvens cars) into the appropriate systems
• Research and resolve quotes discrepancies with appropriate internal and external stakeholders
• Communicate with garages when necessary
• Answer vendor and internal customers AP related queries
• Perform a variety of AP tasks and projects as necessary and requested by the manager (invoice processing, email supplier management etc)
• Performing data entry and administrative duties
• Ensure meeting deadlines and the agreed KPIs
• Checking the accuracy of business transactions
• Provide excellent customer service with the ability to build productive relationships;
• Recommend process improvements to create greater efficiency and productivity
• Comply with applicable company policies and procedures
