What You'll Do

In 2024 BCG opened a new Capability Centre in Lisbon. The Centre is a dynamic and collaborative environment bringing together a diverse range of Business Services Teams supporting and partnering with our BCG colleagues across the region and beyond.

We are looking for a driven Administrative Assistant (AA) to join our vibrant growing team. Whether coordinating appointments, booking business trips, organising meetings, or communicating with clients, you hold the reins and support from Lisbon to your stakeholders across Germany. Your role provides proactive support to senior BCG Consulting and Business Services Team leaders with internal/external commitments in a fast-paced and dynamic client service environment. You'll work with lots of other friendly Administrative Assistants as part of a fantastic team. Our onsite Team Managers take care of the all Administrative Assistants' needs and ensures that everything runs smoothly and everyone is happy.

Administrative Assistants are an essential part of our local offices and BCG fabric. This is an exciting opportunity to take on more responsibility, wear many hats, and shape the culture and team for the new office. A successful AA has a "can do" mentality, is flexible, and is eager to build strong connections across teams as our office footprint grows.

What You'll Bring

• You have successfully completed commercial training, ideally in office management or the upscale hotel/service industry.
• You have gained some practical experience as a secretary or assistant or in a similar position.
• You work proficiently in MS Office programs, especially Outlook.
• Very good written and spoken German and English language skills complete your profile.
