Western Union powers your pursuit.Role Responsibilities - Analyze digital transactions to make sure that no fraudulent activity is involved.
- Communicate with Western Union customers to verify details regarding specific money transfers when needed, as well as support our customers with their identity verification ensuring that Compliance regulations are met.
- Resolve complex problems and decide when to escalate a case or to proceed with the regular transaction / customer profile verification handling procedures.
- Resolve complex problems independently and participate in process improvements, operational and employee satisfaction initiatives, projects for professional and personal growth.
Role Requirements - 1 to 2 years of experience in an Associate role within Digital Review team or in similar position.
- Fluent in English and German is required, written and verbal.
- Proven strong communication skills.
- Proven Customer and result oriented mindset.
- Experience working on added value projects.
- Analytical, independent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work on rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays).

Salary The monthly gross base salary range is 1,400 - 2,058 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary and are based on factors such as a candidate's qualifications, skills, and competencies.
