We are looking for a outgoing and motived individual to conduct B2B calls to our World-Wide active user database and perform members interviews to uncover details about annual technology initiatives & purchasing trends in support of TechTarget's lineup of data driven products.
B2B Recruitment Representatives will connect with active members of the TechTarget web community to collect insights on today's top technology trends, promote premiere TechTarget content, and offer exclusive member benefits to contributing IT Pros
Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound B2B calls to drive high quality respondents for our data product campaigns & technology research initiatives;
- Provide customer service to participating members by offering them valuable market driven content to assist them with technical projects and help them make more informed decisions for future technology purchases;
- Use Salesforce to manage your list of prospects and leverage TechTarget's own user activity-based reporting to home in on the topics that matter most to our members;
- Sell the value proposition of TechTarget media to help ensure members remain active participants for all future campaigns we support; and,
- Work closely with team leaders and management to provide thorough campaign progress updates.
