WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• Further development of processes according to current standards such as Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 Functional Safety, ISO 21434 Cybersecurity, IATF 16949, etc.
• Capturing internal and external workflows for managing customer requirements, as well as defining and documenting processes in requirements management.
• Optimization of processes in the software and system development areas.
• Co-development and maintenance of process architecture and documentation.
• Coordination of development processes, including documentation.
• Planning, execution, and documentation of Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) assessments, gap analyses, SPOT checks, etc.
• Creation of training materials, including employee training.
• Responsibility for the definition and tailoring of ASPICE processes.
• Coordination of cross-project assessments with customers.
• Support of all departments on ASPICE-related topics.
• Participation in technical pre-sales activities.

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Engineering degree, e.g., in mechanical engineering, computer science, product engineering, or a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of current standards (e.g., Automotive SPICE, ISO 26262 Functional Safety, ISO 21434 Cybersecurity).
• Nice to have: Certification as a Provisional Assessor for Automotive SPICE.
• Good experience in process development.
• Analytical thinking and quick comprehension.
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills.
• Flexibility, teamwork, and a structured work style.
• Very good German and English language skills.
