Back Office Customer Service Associate with German and English

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining data, running various reports and record a wide range of transactions
• Handling contacts promptly and professionally and ensuring delivery of all targets
• Filtering and forwarding of documents (invoices and credit notes)
• Presenting a positive, effective and flexible contribution to achieving team targets
• Collaborating with other team members to provide high-quality support
• Requirements:
• Fluent in German, confident in English (B2 level or above)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good analytical and troubleshooting skills
• A team player
