Back-Office Specialist with German

Your daily tasks will include:
- Processing service orders & ensuring top-notch reports from technicians.
- Accurately entering order confirmations into the system.
- Creating service orders & keeping an eagle eye on reports.
- Invoicing services, repairs, and installations with precision.
- Efficiently managing customer data.
- Embracing the digital era - archiving documents electronically.
- Preparing statistics and reports!
What You Need to Succeed
- Very good English skills (min. B2) and good German (B1).
- Experience in similar positions (a plus!).
- Well-developed MS Office skills.
- Detail-oriented, time-focused, and rule-friendly.
- Eligibility to work in Poland.
