Bilingual Marketing Executive - Danish, Dutch, Swedish or German Speaking

As part of our talented, highly collaborative, and diverse marketing team spread across Europe, you will get to help them fuel our growth ambitions in the Nordics and Netherlands region, by contributing to our demand generation efforts through the execution of multichannel campaigns and gathering of market insights.

• You'll play a pivotal role in driving demand generation for Prosci in the DACH or Nordics and Netherlands region, contributing to our ambitious growth journey in this market.
• You'll be the go-to person for marketing campaigns and insights in the DACH or Nordics and Netherlands region.
• You'll enjoy close collaboration with other functions and global stakeholders, working hand in hand with our sales and marketing teams.
• You'll be part of a supportive and international team who are committed to contributing to the success of Prosci in Europe.
Key responsibilities:
• Working closely with the sales team to achieve our growth goals and marketing objectives in the Nordics and Netherlands region.
• Defining the DACH or Nordics and Netherlands marketing budget allocation and strategy, working with the Marketing Director and the functional marketing team (digital, content, operations, etc).
• Recommending strategies, channels and tactics to implement in the DACH or Nordic and Netherlands marketing plan.
• Planning and execution of marketing campaigns, including tactics, such as email marketing, social media, events and webinars.
• Analysing market trends and competitor landscape in the DACH or Nordics and Netherlands region.
• Developing a clear understanding of the business goals for DACH or Nordics and Netherlands and delivering on the relevant marketing KPIs.
• Leveraging corporate and Europe-wide marketing content and adapting as needed to better serve the DACH or Nordics and Netherlands market.
• Evaluating productivity and ROI of marketing strategies for the DACH or Nordics and Netherlands market.
Requirements
Ideal candidate profile:
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Fluent in Dutch, Danish, Swedish or German (native or bilingual proficiency) and English. An additional European language would be beneficial but not essential.
• Proven experience (minimum 5 years) as a marketer.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and events best practices.
• Excellent organisation and communication skills - written and oral.
• Great attention to visual details and brand identity requirements/ guidelines.
• Teamwork, adaptability and flexibility to deal with multiple priorities and projects.
• Good time-management and prioritisation skills.
• Experience within a B2B setting is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools and software.
