What will be your responsibilities?
- Support administrative and operational activities to ensure smooth business processes,
- Process requests and manage workflows in internal systems (e.g., order management, approvals, data maintenance) in a timely manner,
- Communicate with international stakeholders,
- Support reporting and preparation of business reports and summaries,
- Maintain accurate records and documentation.
What we're looking for?
Experience & Education
- Experience in Business Administration, Accounting, or Purchasing
- University or high school education in Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting is advantageous
Languages
- Fluent English (B2+)
- Active German (B2)
Skills & Competencies
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Communicative, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to work
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and manage independent responsibilities
- Proficient in MS Excel (including pivot tables and formulas)
- Experience with or openness to learning new digital tools
Additional
- Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems is advantageous
- Openness to using AI tools to enhance productivity
