Why are we hiring?

The Channel Marketing Manager owns the company'spartner-led marketing motion and its contribution to marketing-sourced pipeline. Sitting within Marketing and reporting directly to the CMO, this role turns our channel ecosystem - particularlyMSSPs and distributors- into a growth engine through partner activation, strategic events, demand generation, and targeted account programs.

This is anautonomous, hands-on marketing roleworking closely with Channel, Sales, CSM and across Marketing, but not acting as a "middle person". You own the strategy, execution, investment, and outcomes.

What you will do with us?

As a key member of our eight-person Marketing team, your main missions will include 80% Channel Marketing and 20% ABX contribution.

Strategy & investment

• Own theChannel Marketing strategy and executionacross strategic and priority partners, particularly MSSPs and distributors.

• Determine where Marketing should invest across the partner ecosystem based on ICP, market opportunity, partner potential, and pipeline objectives.

• Manage anROI-driven Channel Marketing budget, including MDF and co-marketing investment.

Partner programs & activation

• Own channel activation end-to-end - frommajor international Partner Kickoffs to highly targeted tactical events, alongside digital campaigns and always-on partner demand programs.

• Build joint GTM strategies and execute demand-generation programs with priority partners, directly contributing to marketing-sourced pipeline.

• Create scalable partner plays, campaign-in-a-box programs, and other repeatable motions, while knowing when to break the playbook and try something new.

• Own partner activation and engagement, ensuring programs are adopted, optimized, and measured.

Collaboration & ABX

• Work hand in hand withChannel and Salesto turn commercial priorities, partner intelligence, and account insight into effective marketing programs.

• Partner with Field Marketing, Demand Growth, Product Marketing, PR & Comms, Content, and Design to amplify channel programs, without outsourcing ownership.

• Contribute toABX programsfor strategic accounts where partner relationships can create differentiated engagement and pipeline.

Technology, data & international markets

• Own and optimizePRM platformsand partner marketing infrastructure, including Salesforce

• Useaccount intelligence, CRM/PRM data, intent signals, and automation - including AI where it genuinely improves speed, scale, or personalization -to identify opportunities and improve performance.

• Localize programs acrossEnglish-, French-, and German-speaking marketsand travel regularly to engage partners and support key events.

About you

Hard skills

• 5+ years of Channel Marketing experience, ideally in cybersecurity, B2B technology, or SaaS
• Proven experience building partner-led programs that generate measurable pipeline.
• Strong understanding of working with MSSPs, distributors, and indirect routes to market.
• Fluent with PRM platforms, partner marketing infrastructure, and MDF/co-marketing programs.
• Demonstrated ownership of an ROI-driven marketing budget.
• Strong account intelligence instincts and the ability to turn partner and market insight into action.

Soft skills

• A highly data-driven, commercially minded approach - you care about pipeline and outcomes, not activity for activity's sake.
• A creative, scrappy, hands-on mindset. You know what has worked, but don't assume what worked yesterday will work tomorrow.
• Comfortable operating autonomously, making decisions with imperfect information, and owning execution from idea to impact.

Additional key requirements

• Based in Paris, France.
• Fluent English and French required.
• Willingness to travel regularly in France and abroad.
• German would be a serious asset.
