Client Relationship Manager (German)

The role will represent the Organization within a model that differentiates Axi brand, from its competitors globally.
Your EDGE assignment/You will:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and retain clients.
- Handle client inquiries, issues, and complaints effectively.
- Facilitate smooth on-boarding for new clients.
- Expand the client base through sales initiatives.
- Conduct client outreach via calls and online chat.
- Host webinars and seminars.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and systems.
- Identify and report suspicious activities in clients' accounts.
- Ensure compliance with Cyprus regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to process enhancements and continuous improvement.
Are you the one?
- Proven client management experience in the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, particularly in FX.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a diverse client base and provide exceptional service.
- Understanding of financial regulations and compliance.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and software.
- Experience in conducting client education sessions.
- Ability to speak fluent German is a must, French or Dutch will be considered as an advantage.
- Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
- Commitment to ethical business practices.
- Detail-oriented and organized.
