Job Description

• Develop, organize and conduct Configuration Management Database (CMDB) training sessions for Industrial IT areas.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
• Work collaboratively with departments to define requirements for the continuous development of the system architecture.
• Offer strategic consultation on solution architecture to support overall business objectives.
• Provide expert support and guidance on field-related topics, ensuring a smooth and effective knowledge transfer process.
• Monitor and coordinate further developments as defined with other units.
• Evaluate the success of training programs and implement improvements as needed.

Qualifications

• Completed university studies in (Business) Informatics or a related field.
• Fluent in German and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong ability to deliver engaging and impactful presentations, captivating diverse audiences.
• Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Confident and professional demeanor, with the ability to interact with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Highly self-motivated, with a strong passion for education and knowledge sharing.
• Open-minded, assertive, and adaptable.
• In-depth understanding of logical data models.
• Familiarity with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) is a valuable asset.
• Knowledge of ITSM (IT Service Management) is advantageous.
• Industry Experience:
  • Experience in a Production IT environment is preferred.
  • Prior experience as a trainer is an advantage but not mandatory.
  • Willingness to travel (onsite trainings and Industrial IT events in Germany)
