Contract and Order Management Team Leader with German (f/m/d)

Siemens Global Business Services is looking for a talented Contract and Order Management Team Leader with German (f/m/d) to join our international Global Business Services in the Order to Invoice service line. If you are fluent in English and German, passionate about process improvement and thrive in a collaborative setting, we want to hear from you!

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Lead and develop a multinational contract administration team
• Set goals, deadlines and KPIs, monitor performance
• Oversee contract administration and order management processes
• Drive process improvements and automation
• Support customer requests and conduct contract analysis
• Lead customer meetings and resolve queries
• Collaborate on strategic planning and new business opportunities

Does this sound like you?

• You have a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in contract administration, order management or related area
• 2+ years of experience in people management. You've got it, and it's a big plus if you lead remote teams
• Your communication, negotiation and presentation skills both in English and German (written and verbal) are top
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web-based collaborative platforms
• Independent, organized and customer-oriented
• Ability to drive changes and support management decisions
• You are empathetic, inspirational and team-oriented
