THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a Contracts Manager to our Legal Team team in Europe!

Our company is looking for a talented Contract Manager who is passionate about B2B sales and enjoys working in a dynamic and fast moving environment in a wide variety of contractual commercial duties. The role involves work across multiple countries.

YOUR IMPACT

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of contractual agreements between the company and its clients (including evaluating and participating in bids);
• Respond to internal and external inquiries and advice on the contract terms and conditions;
• Responsible for interacting and assisting the sales team and other internal departments, during the contractual process;.
• Assessing contract performance to identify improvement to templates and to our contract cycles;
• Clearly explain contract terminology and provide contract training to internal departments;
• Identifying and mitigating risks and causes of the main legal contingencies or exposures;
• Manage contract change requests, amendments, extensions and contract records and documentation; .

WHO YOU ARE

• Law Degree (obtained in any European country).
• Proven work experience (minimum of 5 years) working as a Contract Manager.
• Advanced proficiency in both German and English is mandatory
• Advanced proficiency in Italian or Spanish will be a clear plus.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including diplomacy and flexibility.
• In-depth knowledge of contract terms and conditions and ability to work across different countries.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to explain complex issues in a clear, simple and concise manner to all levels of the organization.
• Solid judgment and business acumen.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and efficient.
• Strong organizational skills to work independently, prioritize and manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously.
