Katowice, Poland, you will be responsible for Order to Cash process, ensure performance standards are met and maintained to achieve the business objectives and reach a high customer satisfaction index. Supporting customers from various countries across Europe will give you a chance to use your language capabilities on day-to-day basis. This is a

Key requirements- Handle entry level customer related issues and concerns
- Record all customer interactions into a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) Database
- Process standard orders & Maintain order accuracy
- Process changes and enhancements to orders
- Maintain complete customer records of all direct customers returns, orders, credits, and requests
Key skills and qualifications- New grad or currently being enrolled as a student
- Business fluent in written and spoken English min. C1, advanced German in a big plus!
- Previous work experience, especially in Customer Support within an international context, is a valuable advantage
- Familiarity with CRM/SAP systems is a beneficial skill
- Knowledge of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
