Tasks
As a Customer Service Agent in our German-speaking department, your main responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers with various challenges by phone or e-mail (B2C // B2B)
- Provide administrative information about bank transactions
- Giving advice and providing solutions
- Maintaining a good customer relationship
- Making sure that all issues are solved and documented
- Blocking credit cards
- At a later stage: dealing with disputes
Requirements
- Strong communications skills and empathy
- Respectful and positive attitude toward customers
- Solution-oriented approach
- Patience
- Ability to express yourself in a coherent and concise manner
- Motivation to contribute to our customer satisfaction and business success
What you need:
- Native level of German
- Good level of English
- Flexibility with regards to working hours (including evening and weekend shifts)
- Basic computer skills are required
- Call center experience is a plus, but not a must
