What you will be doing- Controlling of project sales opportunities' mandatory fields plus communication with local specification teams.
- Controlling of project estimated delivery and close dates.
- Data enrichment and management of existing opportunities.
- Screen Rocksell to remove duplicated projects.
- Extraction/summary of sandwich panel specification from building specification documents.
- Research of additional project related information via internet.
- Conduct advanced queries, analyze and synthesize data.
- Advanced market research on defined segments.
- Creation of advanced presentations--> Powerpoint.
- Registration of new project sales opportunities according to process.
- Creation of process manuals.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Create visualizations and reports to present data-driven insights to stakeholders.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of data dashboards and reporting tools.
- Evaluation/qualification of potential prospects/leads regarding possible sales opportunities.
What you bring - University graduate.
- Previous experience on Data Analysis.
- Advanced knowledge of EXCEL & PowerPoint.
- Fluent in English and German (Reading, speaking and Understanding).
- Possess analytical skills.
- Team player.
- Analytical & pragmatic sense.
- Pro-active.
