Iron Mountain is seeking a dynamic and target-driven German speaking Enterprise Inside Sales Representative to join our Enterprise Sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving net new sales, generating revenue across enterprise accounts, managing transactional opportunities under 25k, and consistently meeting or exceeding monthly sales quotas.

What You'll Do

In this role, you will:

• Drive Pipeline & Sales Execution: Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure by managing cold calling, outbound prospecting, and SQL follow-ups to consistently achieve monthly sales quota targets.
• Collaborate for Account Growth: Partner closely with Account Executives, SDRs, Sales SMEs, Operations, and field sales teams to execute account strategies, schedule remote Interactive Business Reviews, and re-engage unengaged accounts.
• Ensure Deal & SLA Alignment: Lead negotiation processes, respond to RFPs, and maintain full activity tracking in Salesforce while ensuring pricing, profitability, and service level agreements (SLAs) align with company and customer expectations.

What You'll Bring

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated track record in cold calling, pipeline generation, negotiating deals, overcoming objections, and closing sales in a target-driven environment.
• Fluent German language skills
• Strong Sales Technology Proficiency: Expertise in utilizing CRM systems like Salesforce, along with social selling tools (e.g., LinkedIn) and virtual selling platforms (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
• Advanced Qualifying & Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to engage key decision-makers, uncover client needs, build trust, and assess timelines and budgets to shorten sales cycles.
