Your role
We're looking for a person who can support us with business management and related executive assistant activities like:
• managing calendars including scheduling of conference calls (internal and external) across multiple time zones, arranging rooms, video conferences and audio facilities, as well as various events, etc.
• arranging travel bookings, itineraries, visas, and accommodation
• supporting office administration such as ordering supplies, handling mail and managing conference logistics
• coordinating the production of presentations, reports, and documents
• assisting with finance management, including processing of invoices and expenses,
• collaboration and building a network with other assistants
• helping coordinate and manage communication activities as well as various initiatives and projects in Pay & Manager Liquidity.
Your team
You'll be working in the Pay & Manage Liquidity (PML) team in our Wroclaw office in a hybrid setup. PML is responsible for all the cash and payment products of UBS including electronic payments, daily banking and cards.
Within the team your specific focus will be on coordinating the smooth and effective day-to-day administrative operations for senior management of Pay & Manage Liquidity (PML). As such, you will closely work with colleagues in Wroclaw and in Zurich and be in day-to-day exchange with the leadership of PML.

• successful administrative experience in a fast-paced large enterprise
• proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• detail-oriented, organized and able to seamlessly multitask
• proven written and verbal communication skills in both English and German
