Our client in Amsterdam, XXL Horeca, is looking for German speaking Customer Service Representatives who will play an active role in the development of their brand in the DACH region, mainly Germany. They are an e-commerce scale up that has quickly become one of the main suppliers of equipment and products for the hospitality industry in the Netherlands, and are now growing fast in other countries too. Germany is a market with huge potential and this is your chance to become part of it!
A typical day in the office
After a chat with your colleagues over a morning coffee, you begin your shift at your desk, opening all the systems you need to prepare yourself for the inquiries of the customers. This will be handled via incoming phone calls, emails and chat messages. The customer comes first here, and you will be in charge of providing the highest possible service. Questions can range from inquiries about pre-sales consulting, preparing offers, after sales service amongst others.
The ideal candidate
- Has great communications skills in French and English (both written and oral)
- Is a great listener and problem-solver
- Brings along pevious experience from a customer service, sales or similar role
- Has strong communication and social skills
