What we are looking for:

You should be fluent in German at a native level, with strong capabilities in both speaking and writing, and also possesses a comfortable command of the English language, ensuring smooth bilingual communication within a diverse corporate setting.
We are seeking individuals who are inherently service-oriented, displaying a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a track record of prior customer service roles, demonstrating their dedication to meeting and exceeding client expectations.
Confidence in navigating PC operations and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite are essential, as these skills are critical for managing daily tasks efficiently and supporting various aspects of our digital infrastructure.
