German Customer Support Agent - igaming

A well-established igaming operator based in St. Julians, Malta, is expanding their German Customer Support team, giving native-speaking German a chance to join a great employer!

This is an office-based role, offering a starting salary of up to €26K (depending on experience), along with an additional performance-based bonus of up to €2K depending on KPIs.

Role and Responsibilities

• Customer support through chat, phone, and email
• Report technical issues and market insights
• Log customer contacts, transactions and comments
• Ensure that integrity and data protection procedures are followed when maintaining customer records

Education, Skills, and Experience

• German native-speaker
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience of working in an online support environment would be beneficial
• Experience in sports betting would be considered an advantage
• Ability to work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric attitude
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on shifts on weekdays and weekends
