Your Role as a Customer Support Agent:
Help German-speaking hoteliers achieve absolute happiness using our client's cutting-edge software!
As a Customer Support Agent, you will provide telephone as well as e-mail support and therefore ensure that the clients maximize the potential of their software. You will train hoteliers to excel in using the software and maintain exceptional customer service levels.

Requirements:
- Native-level German speaker
- Prior experience in Customer Service
- Hotel or hospitality experience (is a plus)
- Motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
- Good computer knowledge
