We are looking for an experienced native
German-speakingigaming professional with a specific interest in delivering
Quality Service.
The
Quality Assurance Manager will strive to ensure the company delivers the highest standard of service, leading to the highest retention of players and top-notch reviews.
The role is to
review and assess the VIP account managers' communication with players. The role does not require direct contact with players
Role & Responsibilities - Daily quality assessment of all VIP Account Managers' interaction with players
- Regular assessments of special VIP activities, promotions, and rewards
- Analyse QA metrics and performance indicators to track progress, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement
- Monitor VIP player feedback and eventual complaints
- Proactively address any quality-related issues in a timely manner
- Regular reporting and data-driven recommendations on improvement
- Ensure the Company's procedures are up-to-date with industry trends for best practice and regulatory requirements
- Continuous enhancement of QA processes
- Ensure procedure manuals are always updated and in line with industry standards
- Create materials for in-house user-manuals and training
Skills & Experience - Exceptional communication skills in German, both written and spoken
- 2+ years experience in a customer facing role in igaming
- Excellent understanding of VIP management best practices for the German-speaking market
- Experience in quality assurance, including assessments of VIP programs / strategies for VIP clients
- Interest and understanding of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and tools
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify, prioritise, and resolve complex issues efficiently
- Knowledge of igaming regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards related to VIP player experiences
About this role - €28-32K annual salary
- Office-based role, Mo-Fri 09-18
- No weekends, no shifts!
- Based in Limassol, Cyprus
- 50% KPI-related bonus (up to 16K/year)
