Are you fascinated by everything connected to the world of travel? In partnership with one of the world's leading online travel companies, we are seeking a German-speaking Customer Advisor to join the team in Lisbon, Portugal.
  

Fluent in German and have a passion for travel? We're on the lookout for German-speaking enthusiasts to join our leading travel site's team in the beautiful city of Lisbon. Be an ambassador for wanderlust, helping fellow explorers discover the world's wonders, all while soaking in the sun and spirited culture of Portugal's mesmerizing capital. This isn't just any job - it's a voyage into the dynamic world of travel, with Lisbon's cobblestone streets and sunlit terraces as your office backdrop. Join us and steer the next wave of travel inspiration from one of Europe's most charming cities!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Telephonic and written customer service
  • Processing of new and existing bookings (service and sales)
  • Management of booking changes for flights, hotels, car rentals, and other services
  • Provision of helpful and effective service if customers require support during their travels
  • Customer advice on hotel selection and booking
  • Creation of suitable offers based on travelers' wishes and needs, and subsequent direct booking
