Position: Air Travel Consultant with German
Work model: remote anywhere in Czech Republic
Employment type: Full-time or Part-time after 6 months
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:- Be a primary contact for customers of the airlines via incoming phone calls in German and English
- Assist the customers with their reservations, cancellations, online check-in, guidance in terms and policies, and more
- Register details of your conversations in a dedicated system
- Provide timely and friendly resolution to customers' enquiries while maintaining a high level of speed and quality to meet standard KPIs.
REQUIREMENTS: - Fluent German (B2) and fluent English (B2) language, both verbal and written
- Willingness to relocate to Czech Republic or already residing there
- Good computer skills
- Optimistic, friendly, positive, stress-resilient personality, service-oriented profile
- Ability to work in shifts, also night shifts, in a fast-paced environment
- Must be available to work onsite during initial training period
- Stabile internte
- Required : Fast Wired internet connection (16/10 Mbps).
