Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze transactions to detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Investigate suspicious cases thoroughly and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
- Implement anti-fraud strategies and update fraud prevention policies as necessary.
- Stay informed of new fraud trends and adapt detection techniques accordingly.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with compliance and risk management departments to ensure regulatory adherence.
- Assist in training colleagues on anti-fraud best practices and awareness.
Requirements
- Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in anti-fraud roles, preferably within financial services or FinTech environments.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and investigative mindset.
- Good understanding of financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new cultural and professional environment.
