Wiztech, on behalf of a client, is seeking a German-speaking Customer Support Agent with experience in the casino or fintech industry. Fluent communication in both German and English is essential for this role.


  • Provide timely and professional customer support via email, live chat, and phone channels.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and account management related to casino or fintech services.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.


  • Fluent in both German and English (spoken and written).
  • Prior experience in customer support, preferably within the casino or fintech industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.

  • Available to work on shifts
