Cegal is a leading provider of IT and geoscience solutions to the oil and gas industry - a global company located in Stavanger, Oslo, London, Aberdeen, Dubai, Houston and Calgary.
We are looking for candidates to deliver smarter and better solutions to our customers. We want to strengthen our German speaking support team and we search for the right candidates for the Servicedesk for one of our major customers.
Formal requirements
- Must have experience within IT support
- Fluent German (mother tongue) and English written and spoken
- Norwegian language is a plus, but not a requirement
Personal qualifications
- Service minded, multi skilled within IT, professional attitude - clean record
- Structured and polite
Work tasks and responsibilities
- Phone support from Stavanger (1st 2nd line issues)
- General IT, application and desktop support to end users
- Part of On-call duty team
