Responsibilities - Interact with German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
- Manage customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information about our services and products.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our system for follow-up and improvement purposes.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve company goals.
- Stay informed about company updates, policies, and product offerings to ensure accurate customer communication.
- Gather customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement and relay insights to management.
- Participate in training sessions to continuously improve and adapt to new tools and protocols.
Requirements - Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
