Responsibilities

Interact with German-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
Manage customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing relevant information about our services and products.
Document customer interactions accurately in our system for follow-up and improvement purposes.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall customer experience and achieve company goals.
Stay informed about company updates, policies, and product offerings to ensure accurate customer communication.
Gather customer feedback to identify areas for enhancement and relay insights to management.
Participate in training sessions to continuously improve and adapt to new tools and protocols.

Requirements

Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach.
Experience with customer service software and CRM tools is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
A positive attitude and eagerness to support customers.
Flexibility to work varying hours, including evenings and weekends, if necessary.
