We are looking for a German-speaking Junior Recruitment Coordinator (m/f/d) in Cyprus who is enthusiastic about working in dynamic tech environments and eager to enhance recruitment processes.

Your qualifications

Problem solver. You are solution-orientated with an excellent level of attention to details and the ability to juggle with multiple responsibilities.

Previous roles. You worked in Project Management, as Personal Assistance or in HR Management.

Experience. At least 1,5 years in Project Management, HR, or related fields.

Language skills. Excellent written and spoken German and English (C2). French is a plus.

Communication. Listening and analyzing Communication is your strength, or you are eager to learn more about it.

You communicate clearly and effectively.

Technical knowledge. Strategic thinking, combined with the ability to handle Applications like Jira, Confluence or HubSpot.

Education. You have successfully completed a bachelor degree in international-, business or HR management or related fields.

Generalist. You are highly organized, data-driven, and reliable, with a passion for analytics, AI, and ownership of your work.
