Your Main Tasks & Responsibilities

• Account Setup & Management: Take complete charge of onboarding new clients. You will design and implement smart "Pay-Per-Click" (PPC) advertising strategies tailored to different business models.
• Consulting & Advice: Study each client's specific business needs and offer custom digital solutions that help them hit their major performance targets.
• Campaign Management: Launch, monitor, and optimize powerful advertising campaigns meant to help companies enter new markets quickly and sustain long-term growth.
• Revenue Growth: Analyze data to find new ways to expand your clients' accounts, proving that their ad spend is driving real profits.
• Client Retention: Work closely with clients to build strong, lasting relationships so they view you as a vital partner in their digital growth.
• Detailed Record-Keeping: Maintain perfect, highly accurate notes in our CRM software regarding every client interaction and account change.

What We Are Looking For

• Language Skills: Fluent or native-level written and spoken German and English. You must be comfortable using both languages for complex business negotiations and daily teamwork.
• Education Background: A Bachelor's degree is required. Holding a Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications is a major advantage.
• Technical Mindset: Forward-thinking and tech-savvy. You should know how to use modern AI tools to work faster and deliver better results for your clients.
• Presentation Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to break down complex technical data into simple, clear points for company executives.
• German Market Expertise: A strong understanding of the German business world, including professional manners, corporate etiquette, and strict data privacy laws (GDPR).
