Job Responsibilities

  • Customer Onboarding: Welcome new clients, guiding them through the setup and use of our products and services to ensure a smooth start.
  • Proactive Support: Anticipate and resolve customer inquiries and issues before they escalate, providing a seamless experience.
  • Client Education: Educate clients on the features and benefits of our services, ensuring they have all the information needed to use our products effectively.
  • Personalized Assistance: Offer tailored support and assistance to clients, adapting to their unique needs and preferences.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of precision and efficiency.
  • Fluent in English and German, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients.
  • Willingness to tackle challenges collaboratively, with a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
  • Ability to analyze client needs and feedback, turning data into actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
  • Experience with customer service software like Zendesk is preferred, showcasing the ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
  • A minimum of one year in a customer support role, preferably with exposure to customer onboarding processes.
