German Speaking Customer Support Officer
Finance Incorporated Limited was established in 2012 under the name and brand Paymix. During past years, the company created different products under different brands. As a financial institution, the concept behind Finance Incorporated is to bring together various services from separate disciplines to create a financial gateway, where the clients could reach many services with one click.
Finance Incorporated is being managed by a diverse Board of Directors and banking veterans, where new ideas being fused with rigid governance and controls. We value strict oversight, transparency and good governance whilst never cease to innovate and develop.

Job Responsibilities
- Customer Onboarding: Welcome new clients, guiding them through the setup and use of our products and services to ensure a smooth start.
- Proactive Support: Anticipate and resolve customer inquiries and issues before they escalate, providing a seamless experience.
- Client Education: Educate clients on the features and benefits of our services, ensuring they have all the information needed to use our products effectively.
- Personalized Assistance: Offer tailored support and assistance to clients, adapting to their unique needs and preferences.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks with a high level of precision and efficiency.
- Fluent in English and German, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients.
- Willingness to tackle challenges collaboratively, with a positive attitude towards learning and growth.
- Ability to analyze client needs and feedback, turning data into actionable insights to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience with customer service software like Zendesk is preferred, showcasing the ability to adapt to new tools quickly.
- A minimum of one year in a customer support role, preferably with exposure to customer onboarding processes.
