Responsibilities - Act as the primary contact for German-speaking clients, addressing all claims-related inquiries.
- Investigate and evaluate claims thoroughly, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain clear and timely communication with clients throughout the claims process.
- Document all client interactions and claims details accurately in the management system.
- Analyze claims trends and propose enhancements to improve processing efficiency.
- Provide training and guidance to junior colleagues on effective claims management practices.

Requirements - Fluency in German is required, alongside strong proficiency in English.
