German speaking Senior Demand Management Specialist - IT Project CoordinatorYour role in a nutshell: Provide overall governance of demand management, to ensure the quality of end to end demand management process. Liaise between customers and the solution groups. Act as the single point of contact until the end of the demand lifecycle. Track and push the approval of the demands and the solution of the customer requests. Investigate standard solutions and potential external solutions. Manage customer demand projects fully or partially and make status reports to the Steering Committee.
What you'll do:• Be the key interface for capturing demand requests. Manage and keep track of incoming requests, process them further.
• Assure the quality of information provided by Demand Requestors.
• Capture the requirements.
• Create assessment documentation for every demand request.
• Evaluate potential risks and report them to the immediate supervisor.
• Ensure all new demands are suitable for decision making and have a clear scope.
• Create Demand Board documentation (agenda, minutes), present all demand assessment forms to stakeholders and gather approval.
• Assure the quality of deliverables and improvements.
• Escalate issues that require intervention.
• Provide regular status update to the management, keep all stakeholders appropriately informed.
• Document the processes, create process descriptions and work instructions.
• Give input to process improvement, to increase efficiency and effectiveness of all Demand Management process activities.
What you will bring to the team:• Fluent German and English language skills
• 2-3 years of Demand management, project management or business analysis experience
• Communication and time management skills
• Decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Customer focus
• Telecom and SSC experience (desired)
• Experience of agile project methodologies (desired)
