German Speaking Support Agent for Logistics & Delivery System - Work In Greece

Mercier Consultancy is currently seeking a German Speaking Support Agent specializing in Logistics & Delivery Systems to join our team in Greece. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert support to our German-speaking clients involved in logistics and delivery operations, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of issues.

Your role will involve assisting clients with delivery tracking, shipment inquiries, and resolving logistical challenges. By leveraging your language skills and logistics knowledge, you will help maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities

• Provide support to German-speaking clients regarding logistics and delivery system inquiries
• Assist clients with tracking shipments, delivery status updates, and resolving delivery-related issues
• Coordinate with logistics partners and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and problem resolution
• Document customer interactions and track issues in the support system accurately
• Offer solutions and guidance to improve clients' logistics processes
• Gather feedback to contribute to the enhancement of logistics services
• Participate in ongoing training focused on logistics systems and customer service best practices

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Knowledge or experience in logistics, supply chain, or delivery systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• A proactive approach to customer service and issue resolution
