Every year, candidates worldwide take part in Potentialpark's Communication Studies and Experience Panels to share with us their expectations, preferences, and needs during the job search and application processes. Our in-depth analysis of this data helps local and global employers improve their career channels and stay up-to-date with what is important for young talent.

The core functions of your role will include, but not be limited to:- Maintaining relationships with current and new members of the Talent and University Network
- Attract and retain new members to the Talent and University Network through phone calls, marketing, and other methods of communication
- Localization of materials and communication into local market language and based on that markets' needs
- Management of the information and quality of the CRM system used for our Talent and University Network - Pipedrive
- Develop and monitor advertising campaigns to promote the annual study and our brand
- Support and implement the Talent and University Network strategy
- Continuous input to and support of ongoing research projects
You will also have the opportunity, depending on ongoing projects, to:- Support and coordinate online and in-person events
- Build and implement social media strategy and communication
- Support and drive B2B marketing and communications initiatives

We expect you to have:- A university degree or currently studying for one
- Fluent in English and German
- Swedish is NOT required for this position. English is our working language
- Experience in sales, account management and/or digital marketing is a plus
